OpenClinTech provides video-first training and educational content for clinician-engineers and health technology professionals. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

- You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to access.
Accounts
You may be required to create an account using our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our billing provider (Clerk Billing). By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees.
- Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds except where required by law or explicitly stated.
Intellectual property
All content on OpenClinTech, including videos, text, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
- You may use the content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
- Share your account access or resell access to the platform without permission.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including:
- Clerk (authentication and billing)
- Vercel (hosting and analytics)
- Neon (database hosting)
- YouTube (video playback)
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
