Navigating Health Tech

What this is

How I moved from hospital pharmacy informatics into health tech. In 2022 I applied to about a hundred roles across health tech companies, federal and state government, management consulting and pharma. This course shares what I learned: what made an application competitive, and what to expect at each step.

• Understanding total compensation (base salary, bonus and equity) versus a base-only salary, and how to evaluate and negotiate an offer
